Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, uninstalled, with original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom-machined products that have been built to your specific vehicle fitment are non-returnable once manufacturing has begun, unless the item arrives defective or incorrect. If you are unsure whether your order qualifies, contact us before placing your order.

To start a return, contact us at bentley@valiosdynamics.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-machined products built to a specific vehicle fitment (once manufacturing has begun)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been installed or show signs of use

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the correct item is to return what you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
