Shipping policy

Valios Dynamics Incorporated ships from West Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. All products are precision-machined to order.

Build & Processing Time

Most orders are built and shipped within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase. During high-volume periods, lead times may extend to 10 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Canadian Shipping

Free shipping on all orders over $250 CAD within Canada. Orders under $250 are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

We do our best to get your order to you regardless of where you live. For remote or northern communities (including areas like Inuvik, Nunavut, and other fly-in or remote locations), a flat rate of approximately $50 CAD may apply due to carrier surcharges in these areas. If your order is affected, we will contact you before shipping.

United States Shipping

We ship to the continental United States and most US destinations at a flat rate of $50 USD. Any applicable customs duties, brokerage fees, or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide at a flat rate of $80 CAD. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged upon delivery. Valios Dynamics Incorporated is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Carriers

We ship via Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size. Carrier is selected at our discretion to ensure the best delivery experience.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you automatically once your order ships. If you have not received tracking information within 8 business days of your order, please contact us at bentley@valiosdynamics.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at bentley@valiosdynamics.com or 778-721-4911. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
