3.0L V6 TDI DPF + SCR Delete Kit - VW Touareg / Audi Q7 / Porsche Cayenne (2009-2016)

The DPF and SCR sections on the 3.0L V6 TDI in the Touareg, Q7, and Cayenne are the two chronic failure points downstream of the primary cat, with clogged filters, failed urea sensors, and costly regen/AdBlue fault cycles. This kit removes both sections in one order with a direct-fit 3" stainless replacement.

Fabricated from 3" 304 stainless steel with full interior backpurge on every TIG weld. Backpurging displaces oxygen from inside the tube during welding, eliminating the oxidation (sugaring) that weakens welds and creates corrosion points over time. Most exhaust fabricators skip this step. We do not.

Modular by design, bolts to factory flanges, compatible with OEM sections or with our Primary Cat Delete Downpipe (VAL-030-EXH-A029) upstream for a full staged build. Upgrade just what you need.

Add our Primary Cat Delete Downpipe (VAL-030-EXH-A029) for a complete turbo-back delete.

Tune Requirement

Requires a 3.0L V6 TDI ECU tune to disable regen cycles, clear DPF/SCR/AdBlue fault codes, and optimize fueling after install.
