3.0L V6 TDI DEF Delete Midpipe — Audi Q5 / A6 / A7

The DEF system on the 3.0L V6 TDI sits in the middle of the exhaust aftertreatment stack. Urea is injected directly into this section of pipe to chemically reduce NOx before it reaches the downstream catalyst. The urea injector boss, doser valve, and pressure and temperature sensor bungs are all threaded into this housing — when any of them fail, you’re looking at a significant repair bill that reflects every bit of that complexity.

This pipe replaces the entire DEF midpipe section with a straight, clean, bolt-on delete. The urea injector, sensors, and doser valve come out with the factory housing. Your AdBlue reservoir and pump become dead weight — remove them or leave them in place. The fault codes get cleared by your ECU tune. The system is gone.

Fabricated from 3" 304 stainless steel with full interior backpurge on every TIG weld. Backpurging displaces oxygen from inside the tube during welding, eliminating the oxidation that weakens welds and creates corrosion points over time. Most exhaust fabricators skip this step. We don't.

Fully modular. Bolts directly to factory flanges on both ends — pair it with our DPF Delete Pipe upstream, add our Secondary Cat Delete Pipe downstream, or run any combination with OEM components. Each section is independent.

• ECU tuning is required to clear AdBlue/DEF fault codes after installation. Tuning is sold separately.
