The 3.0L V6 TDI EGR system is a known failure point. It recirculates exhaust soot back through the intake, fouling the intake manifold, throttle body, and swirl flaps over time. This CNC-machined EGR delete kit blocks that circuit permanently — clean intake air only.
Designed, machined, and assembled in West Kelowna, B.C. by Valios Dynamics. Same billet aluminum precision you expect from our wheel adapters, applied to your engine bay.
Our EGR Kit is specially designed to reduce failure points. By utilizing a unique all in one coolant hose adapter and sensor port, we have eliminated 3 hose connection points, as well as the need for questionable formed silicone hoses. We supply OEM grade made in USA EPDM heater hose that will stand the test of time. By using this unique approach we can reduce part count and keep prices competitive all while keeping production in Canada and the USA.

- EGR intake block-off plate (6061-T6 billet aluminum)
- Coolant reroute adapter (6061-T6 Billet Aluminum)
- Extension wire for Coolant Sensor Reroute
- Exhaust gasket (OEM-spec Elring 059131599K)
- All mounting hardware (M6 bolts, O-ring, hose clamps, OEM grade hose)
