3.0L V6 TDI Full Exhaust Delete Kit — DPF + DEF/SCR Midpipe + Secondary Cat | Audi Q5 / A6 / A7

Every pipe in the 3.0L V6 TDI aftertreatment stack, in one order. This kit bundles the DPF delete, SCR delete midpipe, and secondary cat delete pipe with all the hardware needed to install them. Bolt-on to factory flanges, modular by design — each pipe is the same component sold individually, so if you already own one section, you only ever buy what you need.

All three pipes are fabricated from 3" 304 stainless steel with full interior backpurge on every TIG weld. Backpurging displaces oxygen from inside the tube during welding, eliminating the oxidation (sugaring) that weakens welds and creates corrosion points from the inside out. Most exhaust fabricators skip this step. We don't.

What's Included

DPF Delete Pipe (VOL-030-DPF-A006)
Removes the diesel particulate filter. The first pipe in the stack and the non-negotiable starting point for any tune-based delete build. 3" OD, mandrel-bent 304 stainless, full backpurge TIG welded. Includes required sensor bungs.

SCR Delete Midpipe (030-EXH-A007)
Replaces the entire selective catalytic reduction housing — urea injector boss, doser valve, pressure and temperature sensor bungs, all of it. 3" OD, 304 stainless, full backpurge TIG welded.

Secondary Cat Delete Pipe (030-EXH-A008)
Straight-pipe replacement for the secondary catalytic converter. After a full delete it contributes nothing but backpressure. 3" OD, 304 stainless, full backpurge TIG welded.

Hardware

• 6x stainless M8 bolts
• 6x copper plated locking nuts
• Complete gasket set for all flange connections
• 3" to 2.5" reducer adapter

Important Notes

• For off-road use only. Not legal for use on public roads where emissions regulations apply.
• ECU tuning is required after installation to disable regen cycles, clear DPF/SCR/AdBlue fault codes, and optimize fueling. Tuning is sold separately — see our 3.0L V6 TDI tune options.
• Each pipe is also available individually if you already own part of the system.
