This bundle deletes the DPF and EGR systems on the 2014-2016 Audi Q5 3.0L V6 TDI (Typ 8R, engine code CPNB) - and fits the same-generation A6 and A7 Sportback 3.0 TDI (C7) as well - paired with a Tunezilla/Malone ECU tune calibrated for the hardware. The exhaust and EGR-delete hardware is CNC-machined and mandrel-bent from 304 stainless steel in West Kelowna, B.C., with fully backpurged TIG welds on every joint. Ships to the United States for a flat $70 CAD. For off-road and competition use only.

Valios Dynamics 3.0L TDI DPF Delete Pipe (VOL-030-DPF-A006) - 3" OD, mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel, full backpurge TIG welded. Replaces OEM 4H0254750FX.
Valios Dynamics 3.0L TDI EGR Delete Kit (VOL-030-EGR-A000) - EGR exhaust block-off plate (304 stainless steel), EGR intake block-off plate (6061-T6 billet aluminum), coolant reroute adapter, coolant sensor extension wire, OEM-spec Elring exhaust gasket (059131599K), all mounting hardware.
Tunezilla/Malone ECU tune - your selected stage (1, 2, or 2.5).
All required gaskets and mounting hardware for both delete components.

Not included: the flashing device. The tune is delivered via OBD flash using a Flashzilla Pro device or bench flash - if you don't already own one, add a Flashzilla Pro to your order.
